Saturday at the Cabin

Vinnie and Maria sailed up the Hudson River to visit us for the weekend on Monday there going to sail back south for the winter. Billy made us an unbelievable roasted pork dinner to celebrate their visit.

Well it's finally happened, After almost half of a year of of sitting on my duff I finally install MaryJo's pot filler. We celebrated by cooking three pounds of spaghetti and had a feast.

40 YEARS

Can you believe MJ and I are married 40 years? I can't. Were did the time go? lot's of wonderful things have happened during this time. Three great Kids all married to super people. Five grandsons. A large extended family full of wonderful and talented people. Loyal and loving friends. We are truly Blessed. God Bless you all and thank you for always being there.

Went out the front door and found John Francis had a few friends over for lunch

Melanie scurried the county looking for day hands but none were to be found. After an hour or two of frustration she picked a James Dean type a "real dude". She picked this guy up on a front porch and promised him a hot meal and a shower at the end of the day. All he requested was a smoke or two and be allowed to drive the truck.
